with all the newbie roadies riding tuesday night - what pace are we going to start at and build up to?  i notice that when we go out mtbing - it is pretty much no warm up.  when i did the road ride with the roadie group, it was a nice warmup pace for 10-15 minutes which is very helpful.   also are we going to try and keep this aerobic?
