Post ride eatin' and stuff :
1 Bud light
2 pieces of wheat toast
assorted vitamins and minerals
1 large glass of OJ
1 full blender of custom smoothie
Now it's time to rest and either watch the tube or get motivated and cut some grass.
Heck of a ride. We made it back just as the sun was starting to heat up and really crank up the humidity. Wet out there for the early going.
