i am resting tomorrow - i want to be fresh for the BWW fiesta - i made the mistake of breaking too early before the last sprint - i know exactly who's back wheel i need to be riding to the next sprint...i need to practice sprinting in the drops - i wasnt enough aero last sprint and topped out in the low 30s - it is going to take 35 mph to win one of these sprints - i put a pretty big hole in the wind..i need to join up with a faster sprinter and give them a good 30 mph leed out and maybe i can share the glory...BWW is getting serious - i dont stand a chance riding alone against such a skilled team as "813 Racing"

Riding tonight!! I will try and keep up with the high mileage riders and maybe , maybe get a sprint win. I need to juice up. Thankfully there is no testing associated with the BWW ride. I think I will use apple cinnamon again. (hammer gel).  ;D

i just did my 20 mile am warm-up - the weather was threatening so the group decided to stay close to the start point - so we did interval work...not exactly what i was wanting to do in prep for the BWW..by the way - i left my helmet at home and borrowed one from the shop for the am ride - does anybody going to the BWW have an extra helmet they can bring for me to use (i have a large head)?  let me know please.
