Just thought it was funny what I saw on that link....

"a cross country and quite possibly a cross-dressing event for the single speed freaks of the world."

ha ha ha ha ha Angry j/k I know how you gear heads roll!  I used to be one, but now I am on the good side.
I was thinking about doing this (yes on a ss)  so let me know if you are in and I will try to get the funds to get in too.  See if Trek is interested also. Talk to you soon borther.

Matt,
So what are you going to be cross dressed as?   Shocked Shocked  TN is a bit far for me.  But, Squiggy race registration is open.  Better get your name in there and come defend that 1st place title of yours.  Maybe you have better luck at getting Trek to come out and ride.  We haven't seen him in a loooong time!

I am getting ready for this!  I raced yesterday in a Toys for Tots race on my ss and I came in 2nd so hopefully I can get stronger and train a lot more, as the race yesterday was only 17 miles and 1400' of climbing.  So there is some work to be done but we're getting there. Grin

That's a long ride up there, weather was great I bet. What's the info on that race, I've never heard of it. Any pics of the new ss yet?
