Boyette workday this Saturday
« on: October 08, 2007, 07:10:12 PM »
Hey folks, this Saturday the 13th is the scheduled Boyette workday.  We need your help please!?

We only have three more workdays before the Fat Tire Festival when we annually show off our club and trails of Alafia and Boyette.

This year we will introduce two new sections of trail - Pandemonium and Sidewinder.  Only thing is we need to finish Sidewinder.  We are so close to that.  With a good sized crew of volunteers Saturday we can trim back the existing trails and get a bit closer to finishing the new trail.

We need people to trim over growth.

We need people to bench cut and trim new trail.

Please RSVP to trails at SWAMPCLUB dot org. or to Tim and myself so the workday and lunch can be planned.

Thanks in advance!

Garry

Pencil me in for Saturday. Nice cool temps will make for good work conditions.

Thanks Ian, but the rest of the work that needs to get done will take an entire crew to do.
Hopefully we can get a mini excavator in there before the next workday to make it go faster now that we are in an area with a little more space for one.  Tomorrow is play day for me.  :-)
