After Turkey Burn - The Sequel
« on: December 02, 2007, 07:00:07 PM »
Hoping to put together another Santos Epic Ride for this coming Saturday 12/8.  Looking to expand the ride to 50 miles.  Any takers?

Already got the route planned!  Park at the Landbridge TH.  Head east towards the Santos side.  Loop back and stop at the LB TH to eat.  Then head the rest of the way west.  Finally head back into Spider Kingdom to get to the magical 50 mile mark.  Sound like fun, right? ;D

What trails on the Santos side after SpiderKingdom?  Just want to make sure we do get 50+ miles in.   ... Oh, I am in for now....

I have planted the seed........................ We will see if it grows into a beautiful plant, or becomes a smelly fungus. I will keep you posted, but I really want to do this. :P

Morisson, you would have my respect if you did the whole 50 miles on the ss. :o  You would be a bad man.

We will mostly stay on the yellows and blues of the Epic route.  Might throw in a red or two for fun.  Maybe Sinkhole or John Brown.  We'll play it by ear and see how the ride goes.

Ahhhh, the words of encouragement with the hint of peer pressure.
As long as you will bring those beef jerky. ;D ;D ;D
