Ok here we go:
1, Stay healthy, don't break any more bones.
2, Pay attention to your pedal placement. (see above)
3, Ride more 3 to 4 rides per week. Including road bike. Goal = 4000 miles
4, Do some sort of cardio and weight training on non ride days.
5, Complete one 50 mile MTB ride per month.
6, Complete at least one Century road ride.
7, Ride more with Ken.
As well as all of the good friends that I have made riding around in the dirt!
8, Continue to watch diet.
