Sean-I don't think you touched your bike since Croom 50.

With the race being 1 week away, I hope he is super-secretly training for it.  Good luck  Sean.

Btw, I have decided to pass on the Shannadoah 100 for my first hundie.  I will instead do the 8 hrs of Labor at San Felasco which is the same date.  But for my first hundie or 12hrs solo, I am going to first try it at the 12 hrs Dauset in September 20th.  I think that may be the last long endurance race of the year so I will only have one shot at meeting my goal.  We'll see.

Thanks for the well wishes guys but unfortunately I DNS.  I have been having some health issues that have prevented me from riding.   Hopefully clearing up now.  In fact I am going on a ride tonight to give the old body a little test Smiley

Thanks guys.   Well I rode about 10 miles last night and felt pretty good but way out of shape.  This is really the first time I have ridden since croom (when I bailed).  It turns out most likely I had a medication issue from something that I have been taking for years.  All seems well now, save for the fact that I have put on 20lbs, and I look forward to riding again.

So with that said,  Who wants to do the SM100 with me this year?  Grin

I have the green light with the wife for SM100 but with the price of gas these days I am instead considering the Fools Gold http://www.55nineperformance.com/100.html.

This will be my first 100 mtb, from what I've heard SM100 is not a noob friendly Smiley
