Boyette Club Ride
« on: February 09, 2008, 07:21:32 AM »
While I've riden Boyette before, but never on a club ride. Because of the small parking area, where does eveyone park? I know Gregg is going to gig me on this but I've to bring the trailer, bringing 5 riders, and wondered where to park it. Can't wait for the colorful answers I receive on this. Remember isked where to park it not stick it! ;) Cya tomorrow.
If you don't crash occassionaly, you're not riding hard enough!!

Ken you can park along the side of the road with your trailer, or get there early and grab a parking spot inside near the gate (the widest part) and park at a bit of an angle.  Even disconnect the trailer and put it between your vehicle and the fence so no one messes with it.

I've never had a problem with my vehicle there, or heard of anyone else having a problem either.
We see the world not as it is, but as we are.

Hey Ken, only instance at Boyette that I know of is someone's car was stolen that was parked on the side of the road, but I think there may have been more to the story.

I was just saying, if a trailer were detached and not locked anywhere it could be easy pickings for someone who can't keep their hands off of other peoples stuff.  Happens everywhere if the opportunity arises.

Hey all, I just wanted to say thanks for a great ride yesterday at
Boyette! :) Me and my kids had a really good time. Thanks to Kim and
and Kenny, (stumpjumper) ,for guiding us. great choice of trail
combinations. Kenny, Savannah, Grayden and Brandy all couldn't stop
talking about how much fun club rides were and especially this one.
Many thanks to Lou for guiding Brandy on the "c" ride, I was a little
worried about her keeping pace but evidently she did alright. She was
really happy and likes Lou alot. Running into you guys in the meadow
was a pleasant surprise also! Thanks again all!!! :) ;) :D ;D
