Too bad you got rid of the road bike.  You could have kick started your biking again with todays Strawberry Century.

HE'S ALIVE! ! !  Glad to atleast hear that you are trying to get back in the saddle I will believe it when I see it and also that you are not punking out on the Shenandoah 100.
I know I do not post much and most of you only know me very little, but do come up to Virginia for the Shenandoah 100

We had a great time up there last year.
Ask Bob, Sean, Harvey or myself.  It was one of the hardest rides I have ever done especially on a SS.
