Joe put a good sized dent in his helmet yesterday when he hit the bridge on Rock Garden.

My wife and I always wear helmets when we ride any trial, but yesterday it came in handy at Alafia.  It was our first time there, and we were hitting north creek.  She was going down that first hill, got to the big root or rock in the middle, went OTB and landed head first on a rock.  She is sore this morning, but didn't even realize she had hit her head on that rock because of the helmet she was wearing.

WOW, thank god, no, that is not my wife.  Her crash was much slower, and wasn't caught on film
