Racer 4 Hire (Sort of)
« on: April 18, 2008, 04:10:03 PM »
I'd like to do some more racing.  If you're looking for an additional team member to complete 6 or 12 hour races, feel free to ask me.  The only catch is you'd probably have to transport me and my equipment, as my car is tiny and not-so-reliable anymore.  If you need some sort of credentials I finished the Croom 50 on my first try and placed 1st in the beginner team <120 class at the Squiggy, other than that, uh, I'm a nice guy.

Unless something else comes up the next event I plan to ride is the 8 hours of labor at San Felasco.  Anyone have more information on this event, i.e. how to register?  Could make it a team thing but wouldn't mind going at it solo.

Anyways, just thought I'd put myself out there!

Good job at Squiggy!!  I'm gonna do the 8 Hours of Labor and the 12 Hours of Dauset.  They don't open registration until a couple of months before.  Check out www.goneriding.com and click the "events" tab.  It has a listing of all the races Gone Riding organizes.  Good luck!

Hey I'm up for that. Looks like I'm in on the 24 hour Conyers race. As most know I have the trailer and super crew cab truck. 12'x12' EZ-up canopy, 20'x!2' tent, trailer has capacity for 15 bikes(usually 6-9), two 164 qt. coolers, two 5 gallons water coolers, with room left over for firewood and dry storage for camelbacks, helmets, bike shoes, sleeping bags and etc. Not looking to set thewworld on fire but just have a good time and be fairly competitive. (gezz, we sound like a resume!)
If you don't crash occassionaly, you're not riding hard enough!!

If I do that, I will have to come live with you.....There is a strict no leg shaving policy at my house....For me that is. :P
