Dang Ken, not bad.
Up from 190 to 210.  Roll Eyes    I suck.
I get the feeling someone isn't riding as much as he should.

Proof of lack of riding, is more likely the blood that you shed on the Vortex loop, than your weight. You endurance was good today, not sure about your balance. New name for Firebiker........Bloodybiker?   LOL!

Seriously though, great riding today!!! Smiley

I agree, I have been riding at least 2 days/week and been feeling strong. (well at least I am "feeling" strong  Grin Grin)
As what they said, its all about saddle time and intensity of each rides.

Yeah. That hurt a lot more once I was home. Then when I went to clean it.....OUCH!  I did fall 3 times today. That was a little unusual.

I like Bloodybiker!  That's awesome! Cheesy  How you feeling today Jay?  I think I was the only one that came out unscathed from the ride.

The leg is just a little tender. But other than that I feel good. I had fun yesterday.
