I hate the white seatpost! It had white handlebars on it too.

no, no nitrous on the truck, just a tag frame. I also have an '04 cobra that has a few extra hp.

Rize!!!

Single pivot design and seat tube from single forging---beauty.
Running at approx. 27 lbs thats one bullet ride.

But with 130mm travel don't you think its too much Jason?

Came in at 26.2 exactly as you see it, even the GPS! My wheels are fairly heavy (I am fat and can't ride racer wheels) and I have a few other things that will lighten it up some more. Mid 25's is pretty easy, some guys will get them down in the low 24's I think.

As far as 130 being to much travel, it is just right. I was bottoming my Rush out all the time. It also depends on how hard you are hitting things. I still have my SS with a 110 fork, and yes I ride everything around that I ride with this bike. But I have to do it much slower, pay alot more attention to lines. This I can just bomb stuff the way I like to!

Son-of-a :o

No wonder I didn't recognize you yesterday. I was looking for the Rush!

There were no less than three white F150s :P

Anyhow- that's a sweet bike and I'm sure it'll be using those long legs well at Carter.

Purdy!  But most interesting to me is your GPS.  Model, type, price, where you bought, how you like, etc...?  Purdy please?   ;D

I rode around the parking lot on one of our breaks and didn't see your car, but it might have been before you got there Risk.

GPS is a Garmin Edge 305, I log my heartrate sometimes when I can remember to bring the chest strap. :P I think I got it from Geoman on the mtbr board, was like $250-275, something like that. Works pretty good, always shows short on the miles though as it plots a datapoint every 5 seconds. You can set it up for 1 sec but it uses the memory up real fast and starts overwriting, seemed to happen on mine about 26-28 miles. Sometimes I forget to download it and end up running 3 or 4 rides before I do. I like it though, a few miles logged aren't really important to me. It would be nice if it could display heartrate on the screen. Maybe it can and I just haven't figured out how to do it yet.
