nope - LBS is doing it - that way it is done right and I get fitted on it etc.

Ah. I was thinking about going that route but the costs add up too fast. lol. I thought it might be cheaper doing it that way but apparently not. At least you get the exact bike you want though.

I don't have tools.  I don't know how to work on a bike.  I like having somewhere to go to if something goes wrong.  If something cost a little more at a LBS, you end up paying more in the end if you try to save money and do it yourself if you don't know what you are doing.

You seem to be lacking a seat, it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

It also seems that you can ride your bike with no handlebars.
