Rig is alot of bike for the $.  You may wan't to see if there are braze ons for a rear deraileur cable in case you want to go 1x9.  Is fox making a 29er fork with a 15mm axle?  Where did you find the image of the bike?

ecentric bottom bracket or sliding drop outs?  It doesn't look like sliding horizontal drop out for rear tire.  I hope is not the vertical ones.  It gets int he way when you change rear cogs sometimes and you have to keep adjusting your rear caliper;'s position.  I can't tell by the picture.  Looks good though.

Out of Stock everywhere

The GF comes with a fox F29 fork - this is a $700 fork - the complete bike was only $1200

So theoretically - it is cheaper for me to buy a complete GF bike and when Jabber comes available get it and put the parts from the GF on it and would be cheaper than if I just bought the parts without the GF frame.

I am going to ride this bike until the jabbers come available and cross that bridge when it gets here - they both seem like really good bikes - This package is just too hard to pass up for the money

I think the fisher's fox fork comes with a different fork offset than the standard fox.  This could limit use to only fisher bikes without changing the intended geometry.  It might make the jabber walk a little pigeontoed.  :-\   Mabe you should just get a superfly and sell of the extra parts? ;)

I more than likely will like this frame just fine and there won't be any issue

I loved my old Gary Fishers.  Had a Tassajara then a Sugar 3. The Fisher 29'ers probably have a nice geometry to them. Just guessing because I don't pay attention to any of that new bike stuff anymore.  No need to.  ;D  Nice paint  color scheme on the root beer. Does this mean you are not buying the chisel single speed?

1. You still haven't answered my question about if your mom is wiling to adopt or not.

2. Where did you get the bike from and where are you getting fitted?

I know you used to go to Abner's is he even still open? Last I heard of him was some friends talking about bad experiences with ordering something from him and never getting it or not getting it on time, etc. I never had problems with him myself but I've also never ordered anything from him.
