road century

after this 8 hours of labor is anybody down to do a 100 miler on the road?  I have never completed one and want to mark that off my "things to do" list

I'll throw my name in this hat. I'd probably need a month or so as well to train up to it. What kinda pace do you have in mind? That could be my deciding factor right there.  :D

We be doing it again at the Rails to Trails FLORIDA's EASIEST century for winnies... LOL  Just kidding... a century is a century even if is on flat trail.  I know of at least five Swampers going 10/5 to this one:

27-28mph? Sounds like a warm up to me, hahaha. j/k

That sounds like a good pace. I'm up for any of the rides Sandpine posted but I would need train on some hills if that's the case since I have 0 experience with that.

I'll know for sure after next week if I can really commit. I don't know if I can increase my mileage that much in 4-5 weeks.
