Actually their CS is top notch... before ORAMM we dropped by the factory and they replaced my friend's driveshell, bearings etc... right then and there free of charge.  They were super busy taking care of people.

Getting a set takes long because of the level of customization that people ask for.  A "normal" (i.e. black, red or silver) set of wheels might not take that long.  BTW I don't even own I9's just thought they were nice as hell.

Actually next to a good fit, a good wheelset is the second best purchase a rider can make for himself to improve your riding.  Most bikes are heavy cause of their wheels..  FYI.

I will have to make due with my wheels - I had to use old parts off my old wheels to make 29ers

the new mix matched wheels are CK hubs (red-that don't match rootbeer colored bike) with stans arch rims...and some dt something double butted spokes..I have to use a surly spacer kit to run it SS...it looks like a Fred Sanford setup
