Old 3 Speed

I`M Looking for sombody that knows how to fix the old type drum 3 speed .
I use this old Schwinn racer to tool around the airport where I work its starting to skip
I tried to adjust but no good.Feels like the guts are stripped love this old bike  and what to keep it going

Checkout the vintage bike forums on mtbr.com.  Someone over there has to know of places (locally or elsewhere) who can still work on those drivetrains.

If you get a chance, please post up some photos.  :)
