anyone going to or been to some new trail at a place called Alva? I have never heard of it before so I thought it might be cool to go check it out. The race is on the 19th of this month.

Best way I can describe the trails is Boyette without the abyss/pandamonium.  Either way fun ride.  Fast and hardpacked is the report I got from my friends that were out there yesterday.  When I was out there it was very muddy but still had a good time.  Enjoy.

I was there this weekend, I think it's like doing the Quadrents at Boyette. Lots and Lots and Lots of turns but hard packed, there are a few sections that remind me of Golf Cart. There are a couple of climbs people Will be walking if they don't hit them just right. A portion of the trail is through pepper trees so you will be spending  a lot of time hunched over so you don't loose your head. They have done a really nice job with they have. The race will be fast and fun, Passing Will be Very Difficult, Sport and Expert times should be close because you can only go so fast with all the tight turns and almost NO straightaways.
Did I say there are Lots and Lots of turns?

would love to be 2 places at once.  I love riding new places but driving 2 hours to ride the quads vs going to santos...... Technical riding will win everytime!!
