Boyette ride question/FTF
« on: November 12, 2008, 09:27:49 AM »
Is there a scheduled ride for boyette during the FTF on sunday am that we would conflict with ? just 2 -3 riders doing their own thing.
Thanks and have fun, Mike
A 'good' ride is one that you can walk away. A'great' ride is one after which you can use the bike again.

Saturday morning the ride leaves Alafia and goes to Boyette.  Sheriff will be at the Boyette gate checking wrist bands for registered riders.  If your not in the FTF and you wish to ride Boyette no problem starting at the Boyette parking lot, it's still open to the public, thing is Sheriff won't let you through the back gate without the wrist band.

Traditionally on Sunday a group or two caravans over to Boyette and rides the trails as a last hurrah, so no problem hitting the trails then as well.

Healing moves slow I feel, but getting there.  I am done with the back brace as of this past weekend, but now those muscles, that haven't been used for two months, are resisting with spasms and knots - sucks!  But it's getting better, just not good ole "Instantaneous-Gratification"...haha..I test the waters on the road bike next month, and the mountain bike come January.
