A.J.'s on Bloomingdale, University on Fletcher and Olivers on Bruce B Downs are all great shops and offer a Swamp member discount :)

Has university improved as of the last few years?  I had some terrible experiences with their service department like five years or so ago. They had a young kid running the dept who seemed to be a new parts pusher. The guys out front seemed OK though.

Aj's and Olivers have always treated me right. Both of which will break their backs to find you that $2.39 bolt that will get your bike up and running for the weekend.

Bent's in Lakeland as well.  I've been satisfied with the work that they've done for me.

My friend recently bought a new bike from University and had a horrible experience. It doesn't sound like many things have changed down there.

Chainwheel Drive - Palm Harbor, FL. Love that place. Good service and friendly once you get to know them.
We continuously seek feedback from you as to how we can improve our policies and procedures since our primary goal is to act in partnership with you. If you have any questions or need to report any problems on the SWAMP forum, please send me a PM and I will get back with you ASAP.

+1 on Oliver's. My limited experience with AJ's has been good, and I have heard of major improvements in the customer service at University.
