We have two walmart MB's and i noticed that you have the seats high on your bikes. How can i make our seats higher to? Man we got beat up on that trail. We are NOT used to that, and we were on the novice trail too. Does it take a long time to build endurance?

It takes a longer for some and shorter for other.  It really depends on how much you are willing to push yourselves.  The harder you push the faster you progress.  Just don't hurt your self.

The more you ride, the faster it will happen. Just take it in incremements. You will be fine.

FYI, 2009 we give the gift of single speed.

The journey most riders take to get to wanting and loving a single speed should not be denied any rider.   8)
