Thoughts?  Comments?  was browsing Bikesdirect.com and came across them.  I tried using my GOOGLEy eyes to find info...found their site but doesn't have much to say about their history.

Personally I would stay away from there for a quality bike.  Set aside some $$ here and there to save for what you want and get from your LBS.  Once you have your main steed and want to experiment with an online cheapy you won't be so concerned when things go wrong - after all you will have your main steed to enjoy.

Cool, thanks.  I guess there is no reason to travel off the beaten path.  I'll stick to the tried and true!
