I'm all over it. Art said he has some new tech stuff to add to Rollercoaster as well as the new stuff on Moonscape to work on.

We WILL have a workday Saturday. If we have enough help, we can have one crew work on the new section on moonscape and one more start on a new finger on Roller Coaster. Can Erik,Jason,Paul J,Paul W or Jim F meet me at Alafia on Friday so I can show you the new sect on RC so you know where to go and what to do with your crew. If we don't have enough help to start on RC I have a couple short sections on RG we can add.
This new finger on RC will need a lot of bench cutting but after you get to the top of the ridge it will be worth it. After we finish this section and a few other changes to RC we will add some really cool harder options to North Creek.
If you can make it to the workday Please RSVP to northbkr@gmail.com so I know how much food to get.
One last thing, this is a new year and a great time to get yourself and all your ridding buddies who have been saying I'm going to do some trail work to come out and see that this can really be a lot of fun and even make some new FRIENDS.

It will be fun, It's at the end of MS,you can get some air, We will use some ROCKS at the entrance. Have to come to find out moooore.

New section should be fun when completed. We need a lot of people this week so we can finish it and start riding it in. There are some rocks to move. Starting at 9? Who is riding before? Anyone working is welcome to join the ride before.
I looked at the dead horse jump contest and trailwork posts with new responses and laughed my butt off. I think there are a ton of good places to get air or other fun stuff in the park. There are a few logs, hopefully with more in the future. There is even a great 8foot log ride right on a trail if you just know where to look. There are step ups and gap rolls scattered around the park if you have the cajones to hit them. Dirt had to be filled in on the hard trails, glad I didn't have to do it. Rain will come and the trails will wash out, big cycle.
To anyone who hasn't come to a work day, or only came once or twice, your not just going to be another pair of hands. I have only been involved here for a year and a half or so, not decades like some of these guys. When we lay trails out, I get to say where I think the trail should go. It doesn't always go exactly where I want it, but at least I get to vote on it. Show up for a couple workdays so you can give your opinion, thats all it takes. Also, if you show up the first time and are working on something you are not going to ride, too easy or hard, too smooth or rough, next time you will get to work on something you like more. Hope to see lots of people out there on saturday.

how early do you guys want to meet up? if Art hooks up a code I might get there at 745 or so. Hey Rasterman, are you gonna show up and work on the new moonscape addition? I think anyone who wants to make a difference on the trails needs to show up, we have definitely been heading in a good direction lately.

dude, I can keep up with anybody, well, at least for 5 minutes. I will have my regular bike for saturday, just picked it up, it smells so new and looks so clean. New rear hub, new f and r rim, re-used spokes and front hub, new r deraillure, new bearing in one side of the bb, and I got rid of that funky piece that was guarding the end of the skewer. I washed my bike before I took it in, but it looks professionally clean now.
