Ridgeline
« on: February 04, 2009, 05:50:53 AM »
I don't uderstand why people ride on trails that are clearly marked CLOSED. I have seen multiple groups on the new trail. I have personally seen how hard it is for EMS to get back to rider in need, when the trail they were riding, can't be found on the latest map.

The word spread very quickly that the trail was ready.  Video and pics went out showing the work.  Because of other activities and the well organized grand opening could not be scheduled any earlier, it will officially open this coming Sunday.  I belive all the particulars with EMS have or are being taken care of now.  It will be open to all after Sunday so let's hope nobody gets hurt in there before then.  They will only have themselves to blame for riding a trail that it still marked "CLOSED"  ...  Use common sense folks...  oh I forgot... we all lack it sometimes.   ;D

Sorry Jonathon, you and I will need our training wheels for it.  J/K... it is ridiculously sweet but most know that by now.

I saw the trail exit marked closed.  The entrance didn't have any signs across it.

I was there yesterday and trail entrance had signage as if the trail were open and there were NO closed signs on the exit.

The exit is off Sidewinder - the entrance is off SWAMP Thing.
