is this a good deal on an Ellsworth?

Like new. Mint Condition. Babied. Only ridden a few times off road approximately less then 200 miles. Only blemish is some paint rubbing on cranks and one bar end grip plug missing.

sounds like a good deal to me. Heck to buy the frame and fork retail would cost almost that much.

It is a guy that I ride with (before his wife had a baby) and there went MTBing - he never crashed it or abused it.  It was bought at AJs locally so if anything goes wrong it can be taken care of.

Man that is a nice looking bike., and that seems like a pretty dang good price to me (assuming you can knock a couple hundred off).  Get that thing and you're basically set for life.

To echo everyone else - yes that is a good deal on an ellsworth.  Buy it, if you can, you'll love it or there is just something wrong with you :P
