~~ I LOST A BIKE ~~
« on: April 28, 2009, 07:01:41 AM »
Since being on the Naked Indian Primal Plan Latest Edition (N.I.P.P.L.E.), today I officially lost 25.4 pounds - this is the exact weight of my mtb.  So I have officially lost 1 of the extra bikes that I have been carrying around.  1 more bike to go.

I wonder how well some of you skinny guys would ride carry 2 extra bikes around on your body?

I love it when a plan comes together.

before, during and after pics will be available soon.

any of you big boys out there want to lost some pounds and feel great...it is easy - just get on the NI's NIPPLE

Good job young man. I bet you can really feel the difference. I'm working on losing lbs too. 15 so far since March 1.
My bike is more than a toy; it's my vessel.

NI - I know you sent me a link to some info on the primal plan, but is there a book available?

http://www.marksdailyapple.com/the-definitive-guide-to-the-primal-eating-plan/

I generally dont like sharing info cause it frustrates me how big a deal people about giving up grains and sugars, heck not even giving up just minimize it.  BUT, there are tons of books in Amazon that are Similar, just search under primal blueprint.

This link gives you a crash course.

BTW, I used to be 40lbs slower myself! It works and you feel the best you have ever felt in your life if you stick to it!

Thanks...I have done a similar diet (South Beach) a while back and it did work and then I fell off the horse.  I'll go check Amazon and see what I can find.

yea - I am tracking my watt/kilo ratio

it is getting better

I am able to sustain more watts every week and thepower to kilo ration gets better so speed increases are 2 fold
