Rollers?
« on: May 19, 2009, 11:33:06 AM »
What is the 411 on rollers, I have never tried them but from what I understand thay are supposed to be great balance trainers as well as a great way to perfect your spin. This rainy weather has got me thinking about getting a setup. What are the pros and cons of rollers versus a trainer?

HAH!  Try practicing looking behind you while on rollers.  LOL  I see a few guys on the road rides who would benefit from this greatly!

Trainers allow you to put your head down on short intervals and concentrate on not crying/puking...

They are great for balance and your spin and a better experience than a trainer, but no substitute for actual riding.

If you got the cash I say go for it.
