Not a weight weeny, but im curious.

What is the lightest helmet out there, road or MTB, but not no tear drop time trial thing?
What are the lightest MTB shoes out there?

anyone know off hand?

Look for the most expensive road bike helmet...it'll probably be the lightest.

I do understand.

In fact, Seems like only Giro or Specialized seem to fit my head well.

That being said, I am looking for a smaller, ligther, the smallest I can get away with, minimalist helmet I can find.

As for shoes, It dont matter much, gonna start hitting the sites looking as I need a new pair soon.

Specialized S-Works claims to have the lightest certified helmet in the world.
(medium = 225g)
