Did FactorElls put you up to trying to close the highline on RC?

Didn't Garry or someone say that the low line (old line) is a legal bypass?

Not at all, I just think it doesn't flow well. Used to be you dropped the big drop and straight over the next with hardly slowing. Several things got me thinking about this, mostly I don't think that high line is gonna hold up with the summer rains coming now. If you remember last year that whole section was closed to get that line built for quite a long time. Like I said, it's just something to think about.

I'm pretty sure that low line is supposed to be closed and stay closed for now. I know Art has gone out there a few times and put stuff in the way on it.
Low is not supposed to be an option.  I thought the new line was supposed to be armored to hold up to elements and users.

Thanks for the clarification Garry. Last time I rode out there, there was a big nasty root in the face of the downhill that was rearing it's ugly head, and there is a big compression at the bottom now. And like I said, that section doesn't flow right anymore IMO. I don't think that part was done the way it was envisioned, I know that Art wasn't out there when the work was started, and I don't think it came out like he wanted. Not trying to point fingers or cast blame. I was out there the weekend they started on that doing other things. Just something we need to put our heads together and get squared away, no biggie.

glad to see a few new faces at a workday. :)
the new rollercoaster extension is coming along nicely(looks like a blast to ride), unfortunantly I didn't get to talk to anyone from the other group to see what all else was done.
