Coming to a hammerfest near you

Clearance is TIGHT, even with the dropouts all the way back. The price you pay for short chainstays I guess. This frame was definitely designed as a singlespeed...

that big ring looks nice 'n fresh

both rings are brand new, I was running blackspire rings before.  Just by feel I can tell that in typical shimano fashion these are made out of butter...

I bet the big ring is pretty close to the chainstay.

actually there's very good clearance there, but the der. cage is really close to the stay (vertically) and the der. monstrous clamp is fairly close to the tire.

The right size pebble caught between the knobbies on the rear tire would shift you to the next biggest ring
