Sunday ride A.M.
« on: July 17, 2009, 10:02:55 PM »
I usually ride with SWAMP on Sunday, but I believe the ride is at Alafia.  I went to Alafia today and it is not in good shape.  Is anyone riding Sunday morning 8:30-9 at Boyette?  I have ridden there a couple times over the past week and it is in good shape (other than the closed trails).  If we could do something about the hogs, we would be in very good shape.  I am a "B"ish rider, I can clean everything out there (Boyette), just my endurance is a bit lacking.  I am looking to do everything out there, but the quadrants and east meadow.  Any takers?
God is great, beer is good, people are crazy!

Not sure where I'll ride at on Sunday, but riding all open trails except the Quadrants and East Meadow at Boyette will give you about 12 miles.

The land manager at Boyette said next year they will look at how they are addressing the hog problem.  The trapper is working out there, but obviously the hogs appear to winning.

Actually, 12 miles sounds perfect.  If anyone wants more mileage they could do the Quadrants, and/or East Meadow at the end.
