Great Job Jonathan! And I hear your wife competed in it too! Great Job to both of you!

thank you

I am not doing any more triathlons until Oct - my main goal is to do an xterra - I tried doing a few triathlons in order to get used to doing all three disciplines at the same time.

next on the radar is:

8 hours of labor

6 gap

CFITT

Tri Cooter Sprint Triathlon

I am doing a very intense training program during the week on the road bike and am planning doing a 4 hour plus MTB ride each Saturday between now and the end of the year to try and make sure the MTB skills progress with the fitness
