we can all breath a sigh of relief now - the pace just slowed down 2 MPH with the loss of MK the hammeror

I have done a couple 75 mile rides but they were flat. I just dont wanna go and bonk out on the hills. What pace is everyone looking to ride?

10 up the hills 35 down them - on the flats paceline mid - lower 20s?

that is the pace I ride by myself - I was talking paceline speeds
