Well after 10 months, I have finally completed the build on my 29er.....Now I am just a little ashamed...next to those there fancy bikes.  After the holidays, and before school starts, maybe I can scrape some cash together to put an SB8 on the back.

Yeah.....with no front derailer.....old POS cranks, and Rebas leaking up a storm.   Technically it was completed today! :)

Too much to list......But the finishing touches were a set of Race Face Evolve cranks and BB.  The old BB was pretty bad.  I could hardly turn it with my fingers......no wonder I have been riding slower.  Also replaced the evil Motion Control valve in the Reba's and all the other stuff. So now I have 27 gears.  I was hoping to salvage my old cranks, but besides the bad BB, I was less than gentle on the arms.  Oh forgot the chain.....still had my 26" on there.

This is not how I wanted the bike to turn out, but it was poorly planned, and way over budget.  The mixing of new and old caused most my problems.
