I'm brand new to MTB and I'm going to look at a 2007 Mongoose Teocali Super for $900. Please comment and advise. ???

the 09's looked kinna sweet, anything older is a tank IMO.

yeah, it looks a little heavy for our trails here, more of a "All Mountain" bike. depending on the condition, price looks good though...

I've always liked the new generation of Mongooses.The Teocali seems nice and it has the "I drive" suspension, I do think it's a bit on the heavy side for around here but that can be fun.
