The purpose of this forum is to provide mountain bikers a place to have civil conversations and learn or teach mtb'ing. The best place for dirt and mud is on the trails.
Alan: i have a vid of it somewhere on youtube...quality isnt all that great though
Alan: stoked about those blackflags, dw
Darrinw2001: they look sweet Alan.. if I would have had a Promotive account when I got my wheels, I may have got a set of Chargers myself..
Alan: if i end up liking them i may go with the chargers on another bike. want to build up a long distance fs bike eventually
Alan: saving my pennies for that blowfish...only thing i dont like are the wheels on it (arch with formula hubs)
Darrinw2001: I had looked at those on Price point when I was researching wheels, and the only thing I did not like was 24 spokes.. with my weight that scares me...
Darrinw2001: the chargers that is
Darrinw2001: and I am sure it is an unwarranted concern as the spokes are much more stout
Alan: when i was reading reviews online that seemed to be a common concern
Darrinw2001: well i am 60 lbs heavier than you, so you should be good.. if I were 220 I would not have worried
fatcamper: I dont know what they carry wheel wise, but I just oredered pedals from bikebling
