Giant did make two bikes for Santa Cruz, this is not one. They were single pivot bikes.. hint hint

Pretty clean break.....welds failed?  Looks like a warranty issue to me.  It's probably safe to assume that he was going over an obstacle, and forgot to take his bb with him.

I tried Bill.  All that I managed to break break was your derailleur and hanger.  I'll try harder next time.  ;)

Thanks!  I appreciate your efforts.  It looks like that guy might have 50/50'd something...interesting break.
