Is hunting season over....I know its sometime from November into December......
Horse, hiking and off-road biking trails are closed on the Croom Tract of the Withlacoochee State Forest during the muzzleloading gun and general gun portions of the annual hunting season. Equestrians should were brightly colored clothing when riding during other portions of the hunting season.
MUZZLELOADING GUN SEASON: October 30 through November 1.
GENERAL GUN SEASON: November 14 through December 6.
SMALL GAME SEASON: December 7 through March 7. Hunting with dogs is allowed, big dogs allowed south of Croom Rd.
FOX, RACCOON, OPOSSUM AND BOBCAT SEASON: December 17 through March 14. (5 p.m. Thursdays until sunrise Sundays only) 1. Pursuit with dogs of any size is allowed. 2. Pursuit is allowed only in that portion of the area south of Croom Road and bounded on the east by Croom Rital Road. 3. The use of guns is prohibited.
SPRING TURKEY SEASON: March 23-25, April 6-8 and 20-22. one-half hour before sunrise until 1 p.m.

Hey Dont worry I will Shoot Back........Most of the ones I have seen at croom are toothless...Like West Virginia.....No i am not bashing hunters......I do hunt here and there...My father hunts he has his teeth......Plus I was making it funny due to the stupid hat...Damn folks......Drink some coffee.....
