We are talking about bikers, aren't we always looking to shave a few grams?

By the way 169.8 grams of my weight are from my brand new shiny rod in my leg. Pretty cool huh?

Gregg-  didn't realize that it was permanent! The Picture was pretty awesome too! What's a few extra grams here and there.

Bob-You can cut back on portions also to help. I've cut back on soda also but i'm drinking Coke zero and try to limit that also. Beer. now thats another story. A man has to have a few privalages. I just ride more miles to make up for the beer. I flucuate(?) about 3-5 lbs. on the average usually, but average about 185 now. I was 202-203 after the holidays, but that dropped quicklyafterwards. I'm now 182-184 and my weight seems to be a little more steady when under 185. Just keep up the good work and watch what you put in your body.

right on..  Ken,

I have been pretty good about what I have been eating lately. I fall off the wagon once in a while and eat some pizza or something..  but i have been exercising alot with my wife lately..  PT Test for her in the ARMY so I figured I'd jump in with her..

but it would be nice to see the back side of 180 something!  I haven't seen that in 5 years!

Bob,

You have definitely lost a few pounds over the last two months. It was obvious on Sunday.

Ken, I will just have to shave that much weight on the left side of my bike, once I get riding again.

My physical therapist got me on the excersize bike yesterday. You wouldn't beleive how good it felt to get my heart rate up again.

Do stationary bike miles count? What about my bike on the trainer inside my house?
