I'm signed up along with a group of friends, and we're up to about half a dozen one wheelers so far. We're all racing solo, but more along the lines of Chisel's thinking than because we're all OH SO UBER HARDCORE... we were worried about all of us getting a fair turn if we raced as teams
We're thinking about staging a critical mass out on the course, and see how you bikes like it THEN!
JUST KIDDING, we take up less space on the trails than a bike, with no handlebars or extra wheels... and the speeds we're going should make us easy to pass
After a Tour De Boyette a few weeks back with Darrinw &co that clocked in at 25+ miles and 6 clock hours, I'mthinking I should be in shape for 3 solid laps... I might try pushingthings out there on a test run between now and race day though, to see whether 40 is as out of reach as it seems.
