What's the protocol on that?  I sent a message to the trails at swampclub dot org, but they have not written back.

Should we have knocked on the ranger's door?

Jennifer

Jennifer,

You did the correct thing by sending an e-mail to the Trails e-mail address.  That is a SWAMP distribution list that goes to all the Trail Bosses and persons filling in for them.   They may not reply to the messages but they do get them.

Note that each park we maintain has it's own rules on how things are handled with the managers.  SWAMP is here to handle all that 'red tape' so you don't have to worry about anything but sending an e-mail to the trails at swampclub dot org e-mail address.  (Garry is on that list too since he handles Boyette Scrub Preserve)

For those of you interested enough in joining the Yahoo! Bike Patrol groups, they are available as an additional resource too.

Thank You for helping us maintain our great trails!
