We had another epic ride today and took lots of pictures. Moonscape is pretty crazy(my first time) Nobody else was brave enough to go with me. Maybe they're the smart ones? We all did Rollercoaster and the rest of the trails then Holly took the most gnarly full speed crash I've ever seen going down the stepped downhill area at the beginning of North Creek. She didn't cry until the ride home. She had sooooooo many scrapes and bumps and bruises and left her new $2000 bike a mangled mess. Her helmet saved her head as it was cracked in six places. Most of all she bruised her ego and will respect her skill level more in the future.
There were 3 more crashes back to back to back like a highway pileup at the same spot. It was funny because no one was seriously injured. We all fall sooner or later and hopefully we learn from it and fall less often.
