A road ride that a dirty rider can appreciate:

Anyone interested in joining me on this loop.  Good pace, lots of fun, a lil bit of dirt.

Let me know.

define good pace fopr those who may be considering, keeping in mind the ride is over 80 miles in length and this time of year is hot as fudge cookies

if were all roadie riding, 18mph or so in a pack, modest, easy pace... maybe quicker depending how the group is interacting...

July 10th is the expected date to go do this fun ride.

We should roll early, so RSVP with your realistic start times.

early is good for me. I would rather get off the road by 12:00 to avoid cooking what little brains I have left.

good to hear FE!

The concept of this ride interests me, but the 5 hours of round trip driving cannot be justified. I can do an 80 mile road ride with dirt roads from my doorstep. Wanna come to tampa?

MK, I think Karlos feels the same way.  Would love to go but my road tires don't handle dirt too well.  Actually, not my tires but the bike hanlder.  My road bike does that, pave asphalt/concrete road :-)  BUt anyway, going to get some trail maintenance Karma instead.
