Someone had a 'Moment" of "Truth" and then an "Epiphany", is this really a "Glimpse" of the future?

the bad news is he had it for 2 years and 1 month so no warranty coverage... :)

He obviously doesn't ues the gentle cycle on the washer.  Specifically states in the warranty contract that you must use the gentle cycle.
