Bike Vs. Car - Long Boat Key, Sarasota
« on: August 07, 2010, 09:37:12 PM »
Out on Long Boat Key this morning, I drove by the scene of a bike vs. car.  Ambulance and several cops cars there.  Bike, sunglass rims w/ no lens, and a lot of blood on the road.  Didn't look good.  From the way things looked, the bike was on the main drag and the car probably turned in front of them into the Island West resort.

My thoughts are with whoever was on the bike & their family.

Be careful out there...

Hate hearing that. I'll be riding there this morning. I didn't see anything on the news or in the paper about it, so maybe the rider will be ok.
My bike is more than a toy; it's my vessel.

blah blah blah DW. If danger was a true concern of yours, you would not have man on man relations like you do. Everything in life is dangerous.
