New Wheelset!
« on: October 26, 2010, 03:52:32 PM »
Just got a new set of wheels built: Dartmoor Raider Rims 32h, Dartmoor VEE-ONE/VEE-TWO hubs, DT Swiss Champ Spokes/Nips, 7" disc up front 6" rear.  Set weighs roughly 1600g without tires and tubes.  Not too bad for a bombproof DJ/4X/SS wheelset.  Oh and check the VP Components VP-59 Pedals, they grip like crazy and shred your shins if you even look at em funny.  So far the setup has been confidence inspiring.

The Dartmoor hubs are from www.dartmoorusa.com Just send them a message, Chris will get back to you in no time with all the info just tell him Albert sent ya.  Their website is do for a big overhaul next year since a ton of "new" product is coming out, some of which hasn't been previously available in the US.  If you are interested in seeing them in person or want a catalog and/or a business card lemme know.  Oh and a testament to the quality of the hubs the guys at my LBS were quite impressed with the quality, saying that they are on par with Profile's hubs.  They were way more impressed when I said the set only cost $150!
