Topic: good chiropractor??

Anyone know a good chiropractor with a clean office?  I tried to go to a dr last week but got so skeeved at her NASTY office and skanky looking staff that I left almost as soon as I walked in the door.  My back is killing me!!

My father-in-law is a chiro, but works in the panhandle.

He recommended Dr Wilson in Brandon after I was in a car accident. Even working for an insurance company in auto claims I couldn't tell you the difference between a good chiro and a bad one. Wilson's office was reasonably clean and the staff is friendly enough so I couldn't complain.

thanks!! I cant tell good from bad either, but when I walked into the office last week, I knew dirty.  There were cobwebs in the reception area and dead flies all over the window sill.  I guess I just want a sanitary one.

I have two herniated disks at the bottom end of my lower back. I've tried it all: chiro-, phys- therapy, traction, tens shock therapy, drugs, ortho- ect. The only thing that makes a fast significant difference for me is inversion. I got an inversion table a while ago w/ a very comfy ankle restraint system at "Play it Again Sports"(new) for $300. I use it 2-3 times a day only for 2-5 minutes and it keeps me 100% pain free and allows me to be fully fuctional again.

I would gladly be a spokesperson it works so well. It uses your own body weight to gently decompress your spine, relieving pressure on the disks/nerves and provides better circulation and natural realignment. This particular table is the best one I tried because it has a vented comfy back, very nice ankle restraints that don't pinch and a long handle to secure yourself in w/o having to bend way over like some other designs( duh.... your back is jacked up!)
