Boyette Rd closed at Fishhawk until March 16

You can sneak through Boyette Creek subdivision to get around the road closure.  I am the contractor on the widening job and we will finish on time.

PS please explain to your roadie friends that a sign that says "ROAD CLOSED" means that you are not supposed to ride on it anyway.  I had a group of about 10 riders ignore the signs and put themselves in danger this morning.  I have about 10 pieces of heavy equipment running around and bicycles don't mix.

Is it close to foot traffic as well?  If not, I don't see why roadies cannot ride through and walk their bikes through where you are doing work.  After doing 40-60 mile ride thorugh here, it is a bit much to go another 10 to go around.  Many don't know that shortcut and it is a very popular roadie route.

Just saying...

The detour through the neighborhood is super easy and would add maybe a 1/2 mile to a mile.
I became insane with long intervals of horrible sanity.
